back on (the) track

my planned 3 day recovery after the los gatos half marathon turned into a 3 week recovery.

so it goes.

mine too, shiiiiit. it's been so crazy with moving and the folks,but today starts a new month and so a new beginning. time to train hard! (though we did casually put back a half marathon last weekend!
