some foodie highlights from race weekend
pre race dinner
short ribs
pesto and bread
salmon with couscous and raw zucchini salad
the next day...
post race lunch. left over couscous with kale, cranberries, carrots, zucchini and squash
snack. crackers with jelly.
dinner: homemade pizzas for tracy's birthday
a magnificent baked alaska for a magnificent day
and for good measure..an afternoon shot of ginger.
