breakfast: (fiber cereal with non fat milk)
Lunch: (banana, luna bar, cherry tomatoes, red peppers)
Snack: Peanuts
Dinner: roasted peppers with curried garbanzo beans and spinach
toast with jam
Easy: 6 miles on lunch. still sore from wednesday and thursday.
